Overall Satisfaction with eTapestry

eTapestry is used to record all donations that are received by our non-profit organization. It is a way to log constituents and donations in an organized and efficient way. It is also used so that we have another record of donations, aside from accounting.
  • eTapestry has a strong customer service team that will give you step by step instructions if you are struggling with any processes.
  • eTapestry has potential to better its thank you options. I would love to be able to auto populate thank yous in a fast and user-friendly way.
  • The look of eTapestry could be improved, I think that a re-design my be helpful to simplify the website and draw customers in as it is not very inviting at this time.
  • I would like to see an easier way to create queries and run reports. eTapestry does have an excellent support team but I would like to see a more intuitive site.
  • I see room for improvement in compatibility with other donation sites and programs.
  • eTapestry has given my organization increased employee efficiency and organization.
It is manageable and affordable for smaller organizations but I don't necessarily think that eTapestry is the best fit for larger organizations with thousands of donors as I imagine it would have limited functionality for their needs.

Using eTapestry

My only concern in the coming years is that our organization will out-grow eTapestry but for now we are very happy with it.

eTapestry Support

The eTapestry support team is quick to respond, willing to help, willing to followup and overall very helpful. They have always walked me step by step through questions I have or processes I need to learn more about. The chat support option is very convenient and I always end with a positive experience. The customer/client support is something eTapestry should pride itself on.

Using eTapestry

Basic functions are easily usable. For the more complex tasks I usually reach out to eTapestry's support.
