Overall Satisfaction with eTapestry

We used eTapestry as a CRM to manage our relationships - donors, volunteers and those who contribute to our organization in-kind. We managed approaches within eTapestry (such as person-to-person connections and/or annual appeal), we managed campaigns (such as the direct mail campaign or #GivingTuesday) and we kept a profile of key stakeholders using the note functionality. We also integrated eTapestry as the online giving platform of our website and managed all acknowledgments an end of year tax letters.

eTapestry is well suited for an organization who has a full-time development team who can manage the CRM on a day-to-day basis. It is not suited for use by a top-level executive who does not have the time to manage it on a day-to-day basis.
