It also offers additional tools to work on your pacing, etc.

I cannot really think of anything that this tool is currently missing.
It provides everything needed for a very strong commission planning.
Since there is always something to improve and perfection can never be achieved, 9 out of 10. ;)

It is very well suited for all Sales Teams that have a significant split with commission plans.
Everstage was a game changer for me in understanding how I am paid, how my deals contribute and where my focus should be.

The easier and more basic the commission plan is, the less relevant such a tool becomes. But I would generally recommend it.
