Our monthly performance is recognised via a leaderboard. We can quickly track our performance with Everstage, which is also user-friendly. With the use of graphical representations of the data, the visible data is appropriate and simple to interpret.

I work in for B2C sales for the US clients where my everyday job is to interact with the US clients, pitch the company's product and close the deal. That's how I earn incentives from the process and initially when the company was not using Everstage, it was pretty hard for all of us to keep a track of our per month incentive earned but when we got introduced to Everstage and when we started using it effectively, it made our processes really easy. Now we are just one click away from knowing out exact incentives earned, its dashboards are really informative and user-friendly and also helps in keeping a track of personal performance.

Currently we are using Everstage to track our sales , incentives and lot many other things as a sales individual , Everstage has made our work much more convenient as we can find lot many things at a single page which saves our time and as an individual we get proper understanding of data. Happy to say that Iam a proud user of Everstage, best commissions tool that gives visibility on my commissions and incentive, very user friendly , helpful to understand where I stand as an ISM, it is easy for me to resolve any issues I have without having to take too many

Incentive calulation is one of the major problem for a sales executive in Sales Industries, it will be always suspense in our case because it varies with the percentage of acheivements. Everstage became a productive tool to simplify this issue, we can not only manage but also plan for a better incentives. Incentive is always a tonic for a sales excutive, with Everstage we can track the order status and refund status which is helping us to plan a head and have a plan in front of us.

Everstage is well suited in multiple scenario's expicially when it comes to incentive calculation, statement downloads, Refund tracking.Everstage crystal is one the better feature, where I can tack the commission payout, Quota Attainment with filter applied month wise and also Opportunities tracking.
Since Everstage is new to our system, I prefer not to say dislike or less appropriate but rather an improvement to make.Since Everstage is tagged with SF (CRM), Autologged might be a good option rather than logging in every time. Everstage Dashboard is a fantastic feature. It would be better if it were available on SF (CRM) dashboard.
