Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
I use it to add donations but also I use it for events management as well as added new contacts within our organization.
Pros
- Event management.
- Donor contact information.
Cons
- Initial donor setup. I would like to have the option to choose which address it is, either home, work, or mailing. It is always home and I have to go within the contact to update.
- It has helped with managing donors and saving contacts. Before we had no way of saving contacts.
Since we just started we have not seen all of the impact as of it. We have noticed that it is easy to track all of the communication that we have done with contacts and donors. Also the easy of event management has been great.
