Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

It's used by the whole organization and broken down by chapter. We use it to get signups from events, online petitions, sending emails, and following fundraising. It's able to solve the problems of who we are talking to and where we got their information. I'm using it pretty much every single day.

  • Syncing with VAN.
  • Merging with other applications.
  • Navigation to favorites.
  • Merging duplicates.
  • Time saved definitely.
  • Easy to find training.
  • Negative impact on being able to scale volunteers.
I don't believe that EveryAction has too many outages that I can't work around. I typically get an email or a popup with some information about the planned outage so that I can work around it. Luckily it hasn't happened around any election days, but I would want them to keep an eye on when primary elections are to work around that.

The drag and drop email service is the best thing I've ever used. It's fantastic. And the way that we can schedule and arrange certain groups of people to be sent emails is great.
It's probably the best program out there to accurately keep people in touch with our organization.
