It's used by the whole organization and broken down by chapter. We use it to get signups from events, online petitions, sending emails, and following fundraising. It's able to solve the problems of who we are talking to and where we got their information. I'm using it pretty much every single day.

I'm always going to point to the outstanding features in the outgoing email section. We're able to keep the fundraising at the bottom of each communication with our members and continue to grow our lists to keep reaching out to more people. The way it automatically pulls the duplicate emails out of the sent emails and gives you instant stats on click, open rates, and unsubscribes is really helpful to watch what we're doing.
