Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction is being used across the entire organization as a donor and volunteer management tool. It combines all of our data and outreach tools into one, which helps keep data tracked across the organization efficiently. I am the primary system administrator, but most of the staff feel comfortable using the technology on a daily basis.

It helps to have a basic understanding of EveryAction's data points when preparing for implementation. Especially when importing several large data sets, it is useful to have documents ready with the exact headers and formatting needed, otherwise you will spend hours having to de-duplicate records in EveryAction. Also, be prepared to sync with your email system to make life even easier.
EveryAction is always available for me. The planned outages happen overnight during off-peak hours, and there are constant updates that help expand its operability. Further, the staff are always available when something happens, and a fix is usually available immediately. I've rarely had issues logging in, but sometimes there are small hiccups if the wrong email address is associated with an ActionID (their version of a SSO).
EveryAction is implemented across the organization, so it is in use with the fundraising, digital, and organizing teams to help identify and manage volunteers and donors. This is especially important because for most organizations, active volunteers are also a key source of small-dollar donations, so they experience interaction with the organization from multiple touch points. EveryAction helps keep all of those data in one place.

EveryAction is far superior. The user experience is streamlined and efficient, and the customer support is far better. It also has stronger integrations, especially with technology in the progressive campaign sphere. EveryAction also has far more ability to customize options, which makes for stronger usage every day across the organization.
EveryAction is ideal for any political organization looking to best manage its volunteers and donors to ensure that they are frequently contacted and included, and that their preferences are streamlined across the organization. It is also incredibly helpful to coordinate efforts across teams, since everyone is using a single data source.
