Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
EveryAction is used by our entire organization. We use it at every level - director, manager, and employee. It keeps track of our membership. Whether it's interactions we do, payments, events. It's all done on EA.
- Event tracking.
- Membership dues.
- Targeted emails.
- Advocacy pages.
- Activist codes.
- Virtual phone banking.
- Script writing.
- User friendly.
I think that we could also have better support people at EveryAction because there has been times we have had to do the run-around with support members.
It's always been available when I need it, there has been some struggles with getting what we need to be successful from support, however.
We have been able to track our members and supporters more easily, whether they have interacted with advocacy pages, volunteered at an event, or gave money.

I have used EveryAction for quite a long time and have found it to be the best CRM for political organizations. It is well suited for tracking membership interactions and volunteer work so you can stay in contact with them. EA is less appropriate for phone banking our members only because I would rather not have to constantly track that. That is a personal preference though.
