Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
We use it across all departments to send emails, and also manage donor and alumnae profiles and information. Further, we use it for 8872 and 990 compliance forms. We use it at the national level and at the affiliate level. We also use it to track our fundraising efforts and reports.
- It's a great way for us to steamline work throughout the organization.
- Helps track and manage fundraising.
- Piloting using it for applications for our training programs as well.
I wasn't directly involved but the transition to the new EveryAction was time and labor intensive and we lost emails from our affiliate's email list in the process.
It's occasionally down, but in general, EveryAction is always available.

It can be difficult to use and has a steeper learning curve, but I think it's really the only CRM that allows us to do everything we need with emails, data management and then compliance reporting across a national organization with affiliates.
