Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction is used by the whole organization. It used to keep records and grow our database of partners, supporters, advocates, etc. It is also used for other purposes such as sending targeted emails, calls to action, sign-up forms, surveys, etc.
  • I appreciate how well it stores the contact information of individuals who are coming into our database.
  • It is easy to create RSVP forms, surveys, call to actions, etc.
  • I like how it tells me the number of people who open our targeted emails!
  • As a newbie to every action, it has been challenging to create different "lists" and sort through them when I am trying to send targeted emails.
  • My organization has used Whova for two large conferences we recently had and we recommend EveryAction to partner with them so that both platforms are incorporated with one another. We had to take extra steps to transfer registered participants from Whova to EveryAction.
  • When I go into reports to download people who have RSVP'ed or fill out surveys, it would be useful if it would also download their emails or information with it. I hope that makes sense!
  • It has saved us time as it can compile information for us and also create forms for us by only having us fill out sections.
  • It keeps us organized as well!
I was trained by my colleague on how to implement EveryAction and use it in our work, however, the platform has many features I have yet to implement! I am sure there are trainings out there so I am curious if the trainings are concise and easy to understand.
I give this rating because I have not run into any application errors or unplanned outages.
It has allowed us to be consistent in our advocacy efforts by providing us with the tools to create petitions, calls to action, surveys, form registrations, etc.!

Yes

I have used CallHub, but it is not necessarily the same as EveryAction. Therefore, this is my first time using this kind of service.
EveryAction is well suited for keeping a database of contacts but it is less appropriate when you are using it alongside other platforms such as Whova.
