Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

Our organization is using EveryAction across the board. In my current role, I use it to send targeted emails to supporters, donors, etc.

Pros

  • Targeted email.
  • Data.
  • Online action.

Cons

  • Social media integration
  • More user-friendly.
  • Improved communications with key audiences: donors and supporters.
  • Saved time and money by providing multiple tools in one.
It could be better by being more user-friendly and easy to use. Even adding a chat feauture to EveryAction would improve it drastically.
It's never once been unavailable for me in 2+ years of using it.
EveryAction has impacted our advancement greatly! We've really been able to send out very sophisticated communications and the drag & drop editor for targeted email has been very easy to use leading to more visually pleasing emails.

Yes

EveryAction is well-suited to create online action and sign-up pages. The back-end of working through the data, uploading lists, and organizing them is a little tricky for beginners. Making EveryAction more user-friendly so even beginners to the site would benefit from all the features would be great.
