Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

Our whole organization uses EveryAction. We predominately use it for donor research and tracking. It is helpful to have all of that information in one place and be able to share donor info across the different parts of the platform (online action, targeted email, etc.). EveryAction has really helped in streamlining donor management.
  • Track donor thank-you status so I know when/if I need to reach out.
  • Track call time and notes in one place for efficient donor outreach.
  • Have forms, donation pages, and other touch points in one place.
  • Finding reports can be difficult and clunky at times.
  • Emailing donors is faster and easier.
  • Creating donor forms as well as registration forms is seamless.
  • I wish it was easier to pull fundraising reports.
Implementation was pretty easy to set up and get started. The training I had with it was straightforward to the point. Honestly, though, it doesn't make a lot of sense until you start using it. The learning curve isn't too bad, but I do feel like I could be using it better, so I will continue to explore.
I use EveryAction almost every day and have yet to experience an outage. Granted I am using it during regular working hours. I would imagine if you are using EveryAction during off hours you might have some issues due to system maintenance. I would recommend for the greatest benefits/least interruptions, avoid using it late late in the evening or super early in the morning.

Would you buy EveryAction again?

Yes

EveryAction can do everything these products can do, and then some. EA has more detailed reports, giving history outside of the organization, and I can make both broad and specific lists for email marketing. Plus it all lives in one program. I don't have to upload databases from one software into another, leaving room for error, or pull lists from one place and add them to another place. Having everything in EA is super helpful.
EveryAction is really great for keeping all of your donor information in one place and being able to swiftly integrate them into various donor outreach strategies.
EveryAction is not very helpful for managing the political decision-making of donors, and you have to be willing to import that information in to the database.
