We use Every Action to track donor information, what programs they have donated to, and their interactions with us over time. We also use Every Action to tag individuals with identification codes to understand their interests in our organization. We also use Every Action to send out thank you letters and create mail merges, letters, and labels.
- I like the ability to add Pinned Notes to a person's page.
- I like the ability to use a Mail Merge and create my own templates.
- I think it would be great to add an optional feature that sends you a ping when its a person's birthday.
- Time saved - Mail merge, thank you letters, birthday cards etc.
Yes! I believe we have been able to reach more targeted groups of people. It has been much more effective for our marketing outreach initiatives.
