Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We had a lot of issues with custom email signatures not conforming to our corporate policy. We used Exclaimer to standardize our email signatures for everyone in the company. We installed it years ago when we had on-premise exchange servers. The ease of use and functionality are what made us keep it when we moved to 0365.

Exclaimer has a very easy-to-use interface and process. The challenge is to keep up with the MS O365 rate of change.
I can't say enough about this, we use six templates with two or three versions for each department. The templates can be selected using the rules and logic for each user.

We wasted a lot of time policing and changing users' email signatures before we installed Exclaimer. Now we can provide each department with the email signature they need. The Exclaimer interface and tools make it easy to version and adjust the templates. You can use all the O365 groups to apply the email signature templates for your users.
