Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Exclaimer is used for applying custom signatures to our Outlook emails. It automatically syncs via ActiveDirectory, allowing management to update titles via cloud for users.

Pros

  • Automatically assigns signatures

Cons

  • Exclaimer has a huge issue with inconsistency. Signatures do not appear when composing new emails, and troubleshooting did not fix it. We are still dealing with this issue today across many users.
  • Positive impact are ease of use adding signatures to many users without doing it manually.
The biggest benefit with using Exclaimer is being able to apply signatures to all users via cloud. We are able to edit these signatures instantly for job title changes etc. We are also able to change the template for all users instantaneously.

Exclaimer is a solid option for those who need a cloud based signature solution.

It does not work particularly well when users restart their laptops. Signatures end up disappearing and is a huge frustration as they are unable to compose or reply to emails without their signature. Troubleshooting for this issue is non-exsistent.
