Experro truly transformed the way we manage digital content at Minterapp. From streamlining workflows, collaborating, and creating personalized marketing campaigns, Experro has proven its efficiency. Given the content-heavy nature of our website, managing it used to be a consistent challenge. Even making a small content change on the website required developer’s help, increasing TTM and reducing our efficiency. However, Experro, a powerful and composable DXP, has proven to be a game-changer for our company. Its headless CMS has streamlined our content distribution and management processes, making it simpler than ever to create, update, and seamlessly publish content. Whether it's our website, mobile app, or any other touchpoint, Experro has granted us the flexibility to deliver engaging content to our audience. Moreover, Experro has not only resolved our content challenges but also played a pivotal role in enhancing our overall website performance. It has achieved this by reducing loading times, prioritizing mobile-friendly experiences, and improving our SEO rankings.
Pros
- Since we own a website that has a lot of content-based heavy pages, we always struggled with the loading speed. However, after switching to Experro DXP, we have experienced an immense reduction in the Page Loading Speed. With the quick loading times, the bounce rate is decreasing and we are going to aim for minimum bounce rate in the time to come.
- We are also qualifying all the Core Web Vitals which has made our website more recognizable.
Cons
- It might be just me, but I think the menu could benefit from a more simplified user interface.
- What I liked the most about Experro is the immense reduction in the Page Loading Speed of our site.

In my opinion, setting up Experro is much easier compare to Bloomreach and we also didn't have to integrate with whole lot of tools to get the end results. Also, Experro is DXP with a combination of multiple tools like Headless CMS, Search, Merchandising, etc. giving us all the tools at a single place to play around without spending on integrations.
