Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We have a network monitoring tool that monitors several of our customers' networks. We have our monitoring system set up to alarm whenever certain thresholds are met for connectivity and throughput and whenever those alarms are triggered our system sends a text message to several administrators and stakeholders. We use EZ Texting to send those text messages.
  • The initial configuration was quite easy to set up.
  • The automated billing when credits are low prevents us from having a text message outage.
  • Text messages are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Everything works great for my use case.
  • By using EZ Texting as our alarm messaging tool we don't have to watch our network monitoring system 24x7.
EZ Texting is well suited for our use case where we have our network monitoring tool that calls the EZ Texting Application Programming Interface (API). Our network monitoring tool monitors connectivity and throughput of several of our clients networks; whenever an alarm threshold is met our system calls the EZ Texting API and sends text messages to our administrators and stakeholders.
