It is convenient to have a text service that multiple users can access, but I find that it is over-priced and has too many limitations. When I first joined, there was not an additional charge for MMS, and so this change tripled in price for me very shortly after I joined. I also find that the limited number of users (in my current package) is unnecessary and feels like just another way for EZ Texting to make money. While it is functional, it does not feel like a customer-focused business.

EZ Texting is a great communication tool to keep my customers updated quickly. Customers feel connected with my brand more. Customers feedback are instantly received. EZ Texting feels like an additional assistant in my own back pocket. Also, it helps to remind new customers of the onboarding processes. It's a winning solution for my business.

Well-Suited: Reminders and promotion work very well, and the ability to craft the text to the specific audience and make the message clear is fantastic. However, to add the emoji, it appears that you have to utilize the AI version to get the colorful texting to come through.

EZ Texting excels at reaching your target audience. It offers scheduled group texts, interactive replies, and customizable campaigns for sales or informational purposes. This makes ongoing engagement with both new and existing users straightforward. However, be aware that some desirable features come at an additional cost within the platform's tiered pricing structure. At times, the platform can feel less intuitive when used by multiple team members simultaneously.Despite the pricing complexities, EZ Texting was a valuable tool for us. It allowed seamless interactions with existing users and helped us design effective campaigns for recruitment and outreach. The web-based app and excellent performance on smart devices are definite pluses, outshining some competitors in this area.

It's really well suited for businesses from small to large, and plan options reflect that. It's excellent for keeping customers aware of updates, such as business hours or new additions, and for informing customers of offers. We use it once a month on average to avoid potential spamming.

I think EZ Texting is perfect for small businesses looking to get into using text campaigns. I may not recommend it for a larger enterprise with a large/capable IT and Marketing division because it does lack features that more dynamic options have - however, it can integrate with other platforms, so maybe larger companies would choose it, and I'm wrong. That said, the things that make it maybe not great for a larger enterprise make it great for small businesses and start-ups just getting into text. It's been a good solution for us after running into complex issues with other solutions that became a huge entry barrier.

Our store is only open two days each week. Easy texting is a great way for us to remind customers of our availability. It is also a great way to get specific messages and specials out to our customers expeditiously in case of short notice. This program makes contacting hundreds of people very easy and fast!

I would say EZ texting is suitable for most applications; I just really wouldn't use it for in-house communications with your agents. You could use it to market your events, but that's about it. I would mainly recommend EZ texting to people trying to reach a larger audience for their events or if they are trying to market a deal or product.

I believe this is a wonderful resource for business professionals wanting to stay in touch with their clients. Not everyone is on social media, so this is necessary to alert people to upcoming events, specials, promotions, etc. I have truly enjoyed it so far. Highly recommend.

The only thing I don’t like is there are not better options for plans and pricing and calling for customer service is never easy and it can be hard to reach an actual human who can help you. Other than that we have enjoyed the program. We use it often.

As stated before, communication on a mass scale to mine through customer databases and find current in market shoppers to turn them into buyers. EZ Texting is less appropriate, for our needs at least, for one ok one conversation with clients customers. Since we only white label our products to customers, which isn’t available with EZ Texting, our clients can’t monitor inbound responses.

It can help in a crisis situation; however, it would be more appropriate to have someone call by phone. Perhaps EZ Texting can enable a facetime like option It's very well suited to inform our residents if we have severe weather and must close. Also, if there is mechanical issues going on or any other emergency situation to notify them of what's going on

I was taking my time choosing a company over a period of 10 days. About 12 texting firms in all and EZ Texting was speaking in English. Half of the other platforms were speaking a language for middle men, bulk customer users or some kind of language a website 'code' maker would understand. I represent me and not a wholesaler for other businesses.

The fact that EZ Texting integrates with Zapier helps save a tremndous amount of time in my business. I connect my crm to Zapier as well and can now send general or tailored text message updates to various clients in the clickof a button.

We've found that our employees are way more engaged with company communication by text over email. We send out notices for company-wide Zoom/Teams meetings and have increased our participation by 50%. Link tracking in text messaging similar to what is available with email services like HubSpot is extremely valuable, which helps us learn what works well. We can send messages that disperse important announcements of upcoming deadlines, new employee opportunities (professional development), and timely job site information such as weather related closures.

Sending promotional content to more than twenty people is definitely a task for EZ Texting. When you are communicating with people outside your organization and you don't want to give out your personal information, this is a great platform that allows you to do just that. For smaller-scale communication, this platform is not necessary.
