Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We are a real estate brokerage in Arizona and we use it as one of our sources to communicate with our 150 plus real estate agents. To keep them abreast of upcoming events and announcements and they can reply letting us know if they will be attending a class or event.
  • Adding images and active links.
  • Delayed sending or specific times and dates.
  • Have message reply categories, so when some replies, "yes, no or maybe" they would be categorized to calculate attendance to an event.
  • Saves time.
  • Gets information out to large groups quickly.
I don't remember it being to difficult to get up and running, there is a small learning curve but nothing that was to difficult to figure out.
Love it, we don't use it for marketing as some companies do. We just use it to send out information easily and quickly to groups of people. I have found that it is user-friendly and easy to use.
The few times I've needed support they have been very helpful.
We do send MMS pictures often and they are generally flyers of upcoming events with all the details which are nice for the agents to see and get all of the information they need, and the flyers/ images can be more intriguing than just the text.
We just use it as an easy way to communicate events and send information to our real estate agents all at once. I also have a separate personal account I use for church to communicate service projects and events to different church groups and individuals. I guess EZ Texting is less suited for sending our surveys or times you want to track responses.
