Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP

We work as partner advising and implementing F5 Solution in our customers in several working areas as Finance, Government and Utilities. Our customers usually are in government sector and we implement traditional LTM as Advanced security features in this cenarios

  • Increase in security - but unable to have a hard number
  • Increase in availability of applications in public service
As a partner we had a better commercial undestading and a better experience with the product that the competitor, but, sill customer service have the improve.

We have extremelly well implemented cases in finance for example, were a public bank in brasil implemented web application firewall. We had a good feedback from the customer and worked just fine, but one recorrently problem that our customer face are problems with BIQ-IQ, and the time for support to properly answer this cases. We had other cases that we did not succed so well with sslo, but due to a lack of understanding from the customer
