Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP
We mostly use F5 BIG-IP for LTM and GTM load balancing. We use APM in one instance and we are trying to get off of it because it is a one off solution. Overall the product works pretty well, but the support leaves something to be desired.

- Support
- Code can be somewhat buggy
- We have a a lot of applications and F5 BIG-IP is a necessary tool for load balancing services both locally and for GTM. I don't really know how to quantify that, but it is surely needed.
- F5 BIG-IP Access Policy Manager (APM)
