Overall Satisfaction with Facebook for Business

Our company uses Facebook for Business for marketing on social media. Marketing campaigns we use on Facebook for Business include: awareness, consideration and decision stages of the sales funnel. We use it mainly for lead generation purposes. Using sponsored ads we drive Facebook users to our landing page containing a form to access various offers.
  • Targeting - There are many ways to target the exact audience you need to market to.
  • Reach - Marketers can market to a massive audience.
  • Reporting - Facebook has a great reporting capabilities on ROI.
  • Reporting features can be hard to use as is knowing what to look for.
  • Notifications for various activity on your account are not streamlined.
  • Training on how to improve the ROI on your advertising is not easy to see.
  • Increased lead generation for overall online marketing.
  • Increased brand awareness.
  • Increased website visits.
Our company is on all the main social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook). In terms of audience reach, Facebook has the biggest audience. If you're a Business to Consumer company, Facebook is the place to be. If you're a Business to Business company with a limited budget, I'd try LinkedIn to reach more business professionals.
Facebook for Business is an important channel for any online marketing function. It's audience reach is massive. If you want to execute online marketing, you have to be on Facebook, because that's where a lot of people are. A brand awareness marketing campaign is great on Facebook as well and a must for any B2C company.
