My team uses Facebook Pages Manager to create, schedule, and publish our social content on both Facebook and Instagram. We also use it as a basis for creating paid Facebook ads to increase likes, video views, website visits, and lead capture including geo-targeting during new city/retailer launches. It allows us to track the ROI and to see which ad offers the best engagement.

- We can schedule in advance for both Facebook and Instagram.
- Able to Geo- target territories.
Cons
- Video subtitle is hard to use for our other countries.
- They need better privacy / control of data.
- More tools to prevent SPAM.
- Gained new clients/customers for our brand.
- More followers for our brand.
- Allows us to effectively plan our content calendar in advance.
While we looked at different possibilities, it just seemed that this program was designed for our key social media platforms. There really was no point in utilizing a different program when this was designed for these platforms specifically. The mobile app is an added convenience that allows me to manage our social media on the go.
