Fidesic wins the prize for AP System of the year!
Overall Satisfaction with Fidesic
Fidesic is used by our accounts payable department. Our operations teams have access to log in to view their invoices and payments as well. It solves the problem of us not giving the operations team access to our accounting system. Since Fidesic is web-based, anyone can use it from anywhere. It also lets us send out ACH payments as well as checks so that we don't have to keep a lot of check stock on hand. It is really easy to use and our staff loves it.
Pros
- OCR or Optical Character Recognition works better than anywhere else we have tried.
- Support is always available through chat or email and their support team is very responsive.
- Ease of access and use since the program is web-based.
- Easily integrates into our accounting software.
- Implementation was a dream and so easy.
Cons
- Would like to see ACH batches come across in the bank as separate transactions instead of one batch.
- Would like to be able to filter on multiple columns instead of just searching by one selection.
- Would like to be able to add our our ACH IDs vs having to submit them to be added.
- ACH payments
- Integration with Accounting System
- Ease of Access
- Support Availability
- We have been able to implement ACH which cuts the costs of sending out checks
- We have been able to send checks through them instead of stuffing 10k+ envelopes a month.
- Questions to our staff have been cut in half.
PaperSave was a complete bust for us. Their OCR was terrible and never really worked. Their customer service was an abomination and we were hung up on by their trainer. GP just could not handle the volume of checks that we had and we were using a lot of MICR ink which became very expensive along with the amount of check stock we were using. Fidesic has streamlined all of that for us and allowed us to process bills and payments but not get bogged down in the stuffing of envelopes.
