Overall Satisfaction with Figma
As I product designer I use figma everyday for all stages of my work. For the brainstorm/discovery stage I also like to use FigJam, especially when I am cocreating with other teams. After that, I go back to figma to define, design and prototype the product. After tests and feedback adjustments I organize the file for handoff to the engineers.
- it is easy to collaborate with other designers
- dev mode really helps with the handoff
- very good for prototyping and user testing remotely
- comments are confusing and not very easy to use when there are multiple designers working on the same project. Sometimes i am the owner of a file but another designer is working in it at the same time and i keep getting notifications of a conversation that i am not participating. Figma is very collaborative so i am always working with a lot of designer and this is something that is always happening with me.
- i would like for it to be easier to know the role of the person who is commenting so I could better separate comments from designer and product managers from the questions of the engineers. It would also be interesting to be able to classify if a comment is a sugestion, a question, or maybe just an observation/note
