Overall Satisfaction with Fleetsmith

Fleetsmith is used across the organization to manage our relatively small fleet of Mac devices.

Pros

  • Onboarding new users is an easy process.
  • Taking action if a device is lost is simple to do.

Cons

  • Windows support would be nice to have.
  • We have no significant ROI yet. We're a small team and nothing has happened that makes Fleetsmith really useful, it's there just in case anything happens.
I haven't tried any similar products.
The support is grade A. Although, this is to be expected from a VC-backed company now.
Fleetsmith is well-suited for anyone who has a fleet of Mac devices that need to be maintained and kept up to date.

Using Fleetsmith

The user interface is great, the onboarding process is very easy, and the app is snappy and quick!
