Overall Satisfaction with Flock
We have used Flock for years for communication, collaboration and productivity at workplace. It is very easy to use, user friendly, easy set up, and many features to video/audio Call.
Problems would be not having many integration possibilities.
Unable to take data out as we are planning to roll out Flock in coming years.

Flock stands strong with these tools in market. Although it does offer some great features but can be better in terms of integration.
