Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
We use Floqast as our reconciliation tool and as our primary tool to establish the close calendar and to provide visibility as to the status of where close stands at any given point. Its critical to allow us to stay organized, especially as a remote first workforce.

- Clean, intuitive, simple interface
- Live visibility into status of the close
- GenAI actual-to-actual variance analysis
Cons
- Continuously improving AI feature sets to automate tasks
- Close workflow management across a remote team
- Standardized processes and reconciliations across different team members, reducing complexity when reviewing and for the auditors
The flux analysis has reduced the time to provide variance analysis month-to-month, identifying potential issues/errors in close and becoming the starting point to our flux analysis and supporting our BvA analysis.
We are a private company and controls are not audited.
First time in industry so I've not used other similar tools.
