FloQast Honest Review

We are using FloQast for Task checklists and Reconciliation purposes. Earlier, we used to have variance analysis as well, but now we have moved on to SmartView, since there was a management change in the organisation but it was also so good. I am now more interested in the journal entry module and compliance module. Tracking things in FloQast is more interesting than using BlackLine. We want a risk rating feature like an automatic and standardized one for balance sheet reconciliations in FloQast.

Using reconciliation management, standardized the way we worked on the reconciliations and flus analysis was good too, I am not sure why we stopped using that but it was too good. For emails. remind is also very good, like it automates most of the things for sending reminders to everyone whosoever needs it.

Sign offs help me alot for audit purposes as they serve as an evidence to auditors and also the backups as well which we attach to a checklist item or a reconciliation because once we lock the period nothing changes in the folders. So it a good thing that we don't have to justify like something got changed.
