Overall Satisfaction with Forcepoint Web Security
We use it across the whole org. We use it to protect email.
Pros
- It prevents emails with profanity from going out in and outside the organization which really helps prevent issues and problems between coworkers and looking unprofessional for our members.
- Obviously, it protects against malicious emails.
Cons
- We are extremely pleased and cannot make any recommendations.
- We do run into some issues with communication being stalled if the staff doesn't realize that an email was blocked.
It is a very reliable product and does everything we need it to. We moved from Solar Winds to Forcepoint and we are very happy so far.
