Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use FormAssembly to populate client information to populate into an agreement we've created. All information is assigned to a data point within the agreement. This information is then transferred directly into the agreement, which populates the agreement. FormAssembly is essential to gathering all client data in a clean and concise format.

Ease of Integration

It does a good job integrating in to some of our programs. Microsoft is a good example of positive integration. Salesforce seems to work well, too. We have not yet had any issues with our agreements from an integration stand point.

Security

Our IT and infosec has approved it, and with the personal data we use, then it's clearly very secure.

Usability

It takes a bit to learn, but once learned, it is easy to use. I wish I had better training, but that's an internal issue, not FormAssembly.

Likelihood to Recommend

FormAssembly is a solid option to capture data input to be transferred in to an agreement already written. However, it requires the creation of the data points, which can be cumbersome. I could see FormAssembly not being as much of a use to agreements that are not standard and will need a lot of customized fields.
