Overall Satisfaction with FormAssembly
We use FormAssembly to support the development of online forms as part of our programs that support tourism promotion for British Columbia. We needed our forms to be easy to build and to feed data into our Salesforce instance. The use cases are primarily around registration of users into our systems to join the tourism-related programs.
Pros
- The interface is easy to understand
- The integration with Salesforce is seemless
- It retains the form data in case we need to access it later as a backup
Cons
- we could always use more styling options when it comes to the form builder
- in our past use of the form builder when adding attachments to a form, there was an upload limit of 35MB. It would be great if this limit was increased.
- Using FormAssembly were able to deliver a complex form for a funding program in approximately 6 weeks including consultation time and UAT.
- FormAssembly helps us to meet our data compliance obligations as a public-sector organization.
- FormAssembly helps us to meet our branding requirements with the ability to customize the look and feel of our forms as needed.
The forms we build do collect PII data and some sensitive user data. FormAssembly helps to keep this data secure and in compliance with regulatory statutes.
I know there are other options in the market but realistically we went
with the one that our developers were familiar with and recommended
which was FormAssembly. Knowing that it would work well with Salesforce
was key for us.
