Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Workflows are extremely helpful to handle reimbursement requests from contractors that then get funneled to the appropriate department for approval. It even sends the e status notification.

It saves us a great deal of time and gets our people reimbursed faster.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Handling complex logic
Passing data between forms
Allowing for unique styles to fit the tone of both the company and the task.

Cons

Reporting filters and list views on workflow responses aren’t always intuitive. It gets the job done though.

Return on Investment

The automatic status notifications we enabled in workflows completely cut out the “what’s the status” calls and emails the team previously had.
By submitting our reimbursements via the form we always have all the information we need and don’t need to prolong the task.

Ease of Integration

Integrating with Salesforce was a major perk for us.

Security

The ability to allow form submitters to soften their responses is fantastic.

Usability

It does require some tech comfort, but I feel it is doable for most people.

Alchemer and Google Forms

I still use Google for simple tasks, but FormAssembly really does it all.

Likelihood to Recommend

Integrating with the Salesforce is great. Complex logic is awesome. A simple survey can sometimes be handled more cheaply with other tools.
