Overall Satisfaction with FormAssembly

We use FormAssembly for grant applications, inquiry forms, and other external client forms. These forms are all connected to Salesforce, using the FormAssembly integration to our organizations Salesforce.

Pros

  • Connectors are user-friendly
  • Easy to navigate for creating forms
  • The new AI features for form building

Cons

  • I wish there was a way for the submittor to receive a PDF attachment of their responses
  • Logic is difficult for sending notification emails. I wish there was more support there
  • Easy integration with Salesforce
  • User friendly for client facing forms
It's been an easy transition from our previous form building platform.
We have not had an issue with data security.
Overall happy with the functionality!
