- Integrated with PayPal.
- Produces databases in a variety of formats.
- Allows users to save information and return later to complete the form.
- Allows users to upload information.
- Is fairly intuitive.
- Allows for the easy customization of forms using in-house graphics.
- It is not always easy to find assistance.
- When changes are made to functionality, the question needs to be asked, "is this really an improvement?"
- The huge price increase is not appreciated.
