Overall Satisfaction with Frame.io
I don't like the updates at all. I'm at a point in which I would switch to a different platform if the opportunity comes along.
Before, there was a feature that allowed me to align my sleepyhead on Premiere with my play-head on Frame -- making the revision process easy. With the new update, I can't do that anymore.
There's a lot of other features that have been ruined with the new update.
BUT most importantly, I'm not happy with the fact that Frame crashes all the time. This caused an issue with my client. If I didn't have a good relationship with my client, this would've been extremely bad.
Overall, stop updating the features and just focus on making Frame not crash. (My team experienced crashes twice this week.)

I don't think another product like Frame.io exists. When I first started to use it, I loved it. The download, syncing with premiere, versioning, all of the features are great. I just feel like you guys do too many updates that aren't necessary.
