Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk

Slimstat Analytics is a software to track visitors and user interactions on WordPress-based websites. Freshdesk has been a trusted partner for many years, allowing us to provide a wide range of support services to our customers, while keeping the workflow slim and nimble, by automating some of the tasks required for each new request (automatic replies, assigning tickets to the right agent, etc)

We integrated our online store with Freshdesk, to allow customers to open a ticket whenever there's an issue with their order. This integration has worked flawlessly for more than 8 years now. We've had a couple of incidents where thousands of emails clogged our inbox on Freshdesk, but their support was prompt to address the issue in a timely fashion.
