Overall Satisfaction with Freshteam

For any growing company that is scaling fast, it definitely puts a lot of pressure on all verticals. If you are looking to hire great talents without using many resources, a tool like Freshteam can really help address all your issues like an HR team of its own.

  • Made life easier for employees, so that employees can focus on work.
  • Smooth employee onboarding.
I found Freshteam to be better in a lot of ways. First of all employee management, including referral, recruitment, applying for leave was more convenient. Secondly, I feel the UI was more user-friendly compared to the other tool. However, it can be improved more.

Best case Scenarios: Easy to use and well suited for small to mid-cap industries. It's will become very easy to maintain a team with these features of Freshteam. Less Appropriate scenarios: It's less appropriate for large industries or companies with many employees. It becomes difficult maintaining lots of people on Freshteam.
