In our organization, we use Gainsight CS for Getting understanding of what's happening to the customer on a variety of levels. Also worked on a scaled CSM model so that's how we assign and allocate work
Pros
- Timeline for seeing engagement with customers
- Scoring for seeing health of customer
- New AI summaries have been very helpful for quick insights
Cons
- We as an org just need to implement GS better
- Being able to create and manage a pooled customer success model
