Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, we use Gainsight CS for Getting understanding of what's happening to the customer on a variety of levels. Also worked on a scaled CSM model so that's how we assign and allocate work

Pros

  • Timeline for seeing engagement with customers
  • Scoring for seeing health of customer
  • New AI summaries have been very helpful for quick insights

Cons

  • We as an org just need to implement GS better
  • Being able to create and manage a pooled customer success model
User friendly, very customizable, integrates with our most used tools and software
