  • I think there is room for improvement in Gainsight CS because, in my opinion, the community page seems a bit "light" and different lately
  • I think there is room for improvement in Gainsight CS with the CSA (customer success advisor) experience
  • decreased time it takes to build EBR decks
  • Standardized EBR outcomes reporting
  • better collaboration
