Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In my organization, CTAs, reporting, playbooks are used by the CSMs. Gainsight CS is used to make CSM tasks organized and allow reports to be pulled from a single source.

Pros

  • UI - simple layout
  • Flexibility with set up

Cons

  • Inconsistent syncing speeds
  • Drop downs hide fields
  • Ability to track KPIs and CSM tasks
  • Variety of widgets for dashboards/customization
I gave Gainsight CS this usability rating because, in my opinion, Generally Gainsight CS is user friendly, but if you don't know where all the data lives, the lookup drop downs can be confusing/multiple fields are named the same thing.
