I gave Gainsight CS this usability rating because, in my experience, The Gainsight CS UI (user interface) is great & easy to use. LOTs of clicks when logging an email to the timeline.

I think I am likely to recommend Gainsight CS to a colleague because, in my experience, Gainsight CS is Great for CS teams & ess for teams outside of CS. I wish more people could benefit from views in CS.
