Overall Satisfaction with Genesys Cloud (formerly PureCloud)

It is used in the whole organization and it is very helpful. At least in the time I have been working with this program it has never failed. I worked in different call centers before but with [Genesys Cloud (formerly PureCloud)] I had a very good experience. The best and friendly program I have ever used.
