Overall Satisfaction with Genesys PureCloud
We used Genesys Cloud to replace the Genesys Connect which required an MPLS circuit even though it was considered cloud. We used Genesys Cloud for all of our needs including RingGroups, IVRs and User management. It addressed all problems including not need an MPLS or dedicated circuit to administer the Program.
- Cloud Product that uses browser-based admin portal rather than software.
- Easy to Configure and provision phones
- Easy to create users
- High Price compared to other products such as RingCentral or 8x8
- Somewhat hard to navigate through if you don't have training
- Genesys Cloud was a cheaper option compared to the Genesys Connect Cloud that we had implemented at our environment.
- The flexibility to configure users and provision phones online made it worth the switch.

Genesys Cloud is more expensive than any other platform we tested but it is also more advanced and well suited for businesses that require advance routing and call center management.
