Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I used TrustRadius to conduct research as part of the Product Management team at my company to determine the best 3rd party vendor we should work with. It was an easy way get a seemingly unbiased overview of each company we were considering. I love that the company forces reviews to be connected with a verified LinkedIn Account.
Honestly I simply found TrustRadius from doing independent research. I believe it was a simple Google search.
I would say it helped us reduce cost as we ended up picking a vendor with favorable reviews and it actually costs less than our previous selection. Our leadership team was satisfied with the outcome.
