I was purchasing a CRM system for my business as the owner of the business. I was the only person involved in the decision.

TrustRadius provided a side-side comparison of the products and the pros/cons of each. For this product it was also helpful that TrustRadius took into account the size of my company and the product that best suited the size.
Real details and specifics as opposed to just generalized fluff.
I would not have been able to make an educated decision without having the reviews. The reviews helped with "peace of mind" in the decision making process.
