Overall Satisfaction with GetResponse
We used GetResponse for email marketing and webinars. It's an ok tool but we decided to discontinue using it and try another service. While the functionality is decent we had trouble communicating with their compliance team after being flagged for too many bounces.
- Easy to setup and import contact lists.
- Easy to create campaigns.
- Easy to create webinars.
- Compliance support needs to better understand the laws regarding terms of service and marketing opt-ins.
- The interface is clunky and leaves much to be desired in terms of visual building tools.
- Many important features are just too hard to find! They need to improve the UX so you don't have to chat with support to find webinar registrants.
- We experienced no significant or notable positive impacts in using this tool.
We are evaluating new vendors and leaning towards MailChimp.
