Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

Our organization is a not-for-profit entity that educates children who learn differently. In the past, we held an in-person annual fundraiser to raise money for tuition assistance for our families. Covid has drastically changed the way that we can fundraise this year. GiveSmart has provided our school with a tool to continue our fundraising efforts online. This year, we held an online/virtual fundraiser via their online auction feature and were able to broadcast our hour-long video and Facebook live event on the GiveSmart site.

  • GiveSmart's customer service has been great.
  • GiveSmart's interface is clean, user-friendly and great for people who aren't very tech savvy.
  • One of the ways that we raise money is through event Sponsorships, in GiveSmart, there isn't a clean way to report the money raised through these sponsorships.
  • With GiveSmart, we have been able to lower our event costs and still managed to raise a significant amount of money.
  • We have been able to reach more potential donors thanks to GiveSmart's system.
  • Because we are a very small organization, the manpower that is required to run an in-person event is not feasible. GiveSmart has allowed us to hold an online event without the usual strain in resources.
We selected GiveSmart this year solely because of their user-friendly and highly interactive auction interface. We were impressed by the ability to broadcast a video on their site, alongside our online auction. This opened up a lot of additional visibility for our organization and allowed us to keep donors coming back to our site.
We were very pleased with the overall usability of GiveSmart. It was a huge relief to find a product that could provide us all the tools we needed to hold a successful online fundraising event.
From our sales rep to our account manager, to the support team and event day assistant, everyone was courteous, friendly, very helpful, and great with follow-up. They were all great at getting us the answers we needed in a quick and efficient way, along with being very patient with us as we learned a new system.
The customization aspect of GiveSmart's platform was one of the key reasons we decided to switch over to GiveSmart from our previous platform, which was not customizable at all. In this new world of virtual events, it is essential to provide users with the look and feel of your business, appealing to as many senses as is possible. GiveSmart allows us to accomplish that goal with a super user-friendly interface.
GiveSmart is a wonderful tool for a small organization, looking to hold a cost-efficient virtual event with a silent auction. The initial setup time is fairly involved but for the most part, the communication tools and the system run really smoothly after everything is set. Their customer service was incredible and everyone that we worked with was very helpful.
