Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

GiveSmart serves a few different functions for my organization. I use it weekly as a texting platform to remind subscribers about events. Also, I use GiveSmart at our Annual Gala Auction to run the silent auction virtually. I also use it to collect donations for our Leadership program scholarship fund.

Pros

  • GiveSmart has multiple options for fundraising.
  • GiveSmart support team is easy to get ahold of and are very helpful.
  • GiveSmart is user friendly and I am mostly able to find all the settings and functions I need.

Cons

  • Givesmart should allow users to modify automated email and text templates.
  • Thank you for updating the draft and scheduling for text and emails! That has been very helpful.
  • GiveSmart is good to allow many reporting options so I can give final numbers to the staff.
I have not used a platform like this before.
GiveSmart is very easy to use. They have a wonderful customer support team that is willing to help you reach our goals. There is also a variety of functionality that allows new ideas and strategies to cultivate and succeed.
Carissa with GiveSmart is always willing to help. She is knowledgeable and gives a quick turnaround for problem solving.
GiveSmart is great for sending mass text messages and running an auction virtually. It would not be a good fit if you are wanting to do a live auction.
