Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

Hope Chest uses Givesmart as our event portal as our ticketing, donation, and auction platform. It is used by nearly all of the team at Hope Chest to manage event fundraising.

  • Their tools make it very easy to promote items, packages, reduce auction setup/check out and more
Much more contemporary and intuitive administration, dashboard, reporting, and user interface for consumers.
It is very flexible and easy to use.
Excellent - they are immediately responsive.
You can incorporate enough elements to make it brand compatible.
GiveSmart is highly flexible - you can use it for [a] simple registration and check-in, to full-scale galas with complex order forms, onsite upsells, live auctions, seating management, and more. They even make their own staff available to assist in onsite event registration and auction checkout.
